Hi! Let’s try something new. The video underneath is my attempt to read from the book I’m currently writing. It is from the chapter I’m trying to get right. Sorry about the quality of the video and me staggering with the words. I have just to put it out in the universe, otherwise I won’t for getting overly critical about everything. So please be kind!
Here it goes!
It is not easy to put oneself out there and risk looking silly. It is one of the fears we all carry around with us. Last night I was climbing with a friend and I went out of my comfort zone and showed my weaknesses and was willing to fail and did it several times. Instead of my friend being positive about it she pointed out every mistake I did and laughed about it. She’s not an evil person, no. Just not very tuned with others and their feelings and she has the habit of going about everything the negative way. Nevertheless, it was hard, but I don’t regret a thing. It is the ego usually, which is on our way to becoming who we want to be. So here I am trying to be brave again and making mistakes publicly.
Back to the video and the chapter. This is at the end of the book and a lot of the concept thrown around are more clearer from the previous chapters. So I hope you got some amusement from the video, at least me reading English ^^
